We have field experience in providing machinery diagnostic services, vibration monitoring, rotordynamic modelling and balancing of small, medium and large steam, gas turbines and rotating machinery. Experience in troubleshooting vibration problems in power generation, oil & gas, refineries, paper mill and chemical industries. We work on all OEM machines that include GE, Siemens, Alstom, ABB, Sulzer across various industries. We also develop route-based data collection for BOP equipment.

Kiran Toram – Founder and MDS Engineer

Kiran is an MDS engineer who founded RotorDyn in 2017, and has fourteen years of field experience with vibration analysis, rotordynamics and balancing. Kiran earned a MSME degree from Texas A&M in 2005, and an MBA  from the University of Florida in 2013.

Laurence F. Wagner – Senior Associate

Dr. Wagner has worked for over 45 years with major OEM companies supporting the development and operation of turbines and generators for the electrical power industry. He received his PhD from Carnegie Mellon University in 1995, and has been closely involved with rotordynamics, bearings, blade vibration and component lifing.

E. Kinard Fennell – Senior Associate
Kinard is an MDS Engineer with more than 35 years of field experience in Machinery Diagnostics, vibration analysis and balancing. Kinard worked for GE/Bently Nevada for 29 years. Before that he worked for Carolina Power & Light for six years. Kinard has a BSME degree from Clemson University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in NC/SC states.
